This sub-module helps you track and organize all your accounts in one centralized location.
One of the key features of an Account is the ability to create and maintain multiple accounts, such as current accounts, savings accounts, petty cash, overdraft accounts, etc. You can input relevant details for each account, including the account name, type, starting amount, and many associated account details.
Creating accounts
- Navigate to Finance
- Select Accounts
- Click the Add Account
Basic Information:
- Enter Account’s Name or Title
- Enter Account Holder
- Enter Account Number
- Choose the account color

- Select account status as: (Active, Inactive, Freeze or Closed)
- Select Account Type as Cash, Petty Cash, Current Account, Saving Account or Overdraft Account.
- Enter Starting Amount
- Select Currency type
- Total income is auto-generated based on transactions
- Total Outgo is auto-generated based on transactions
- Balance auto-generated based on transactions
- Exclude from statics select YES to indicate the account details will not be included in the statistics otherwise select NO
- Assign the Account
- Add brief details of the account in the Account Details
Account Description:
- Enter description if applicable
- Save the entry
