- Frozen Lead
Frozen lead refers to a situation where progress is completely halted, and there is no movement forward.
- Cold
A cold lead represents an opportunity or prospect that shows little to no interest or potential. It often comes from a contact who may have been engaged at one point but has since lost interest or doesn’t respond
- Lead
A tepid lead is someone who shows mild interest but isn’t fully committed or ready to engage. There is some potential, but it hasn’t yet developed into something solid.
- Hot
A hot lead is a highly engaged and interested prospect who is ready to take immediate action. Hot leads are near conversion, often requiring little effort to close. These leads are a high priority because they represent strong potential for success or business, and quick follow-up is crucial to capitalize on the opportunity.
- Swizzling Lead
A swizzling lead is a dynamic and unpredictable lead that constantly shifts. They may show interest, back off, then re-engage in a different way.
