A Subscriber is an individual or entity that has entered into a service agreement with your Company to receive internet-related services. The CRM system stores essential information about the subscriber, enabling the ISP to manage customer interactions, provide support, and deliver tailored services efficiently.

To create a Subscriber

Navigate to the Quick Create (Note: The requirement for create a subscriber is to create a contact or use an existing contact)

Creating New Contact

• Select Add New Contact

– Fill in the required information

Using an Existing

• Choose None if you do not require an orgaanization
• Select Add New Organization
• Fill required fields
• Select Existing
